2015 is slipping away, making room for 2016!

Another week closer to the holidays! At least the temperatures seems a bit more December-like. The New Occasions catalogs are in and they are amazing! I can't wait to share them with you. My Stamp Club will receive them with their December order. If you would also like a copy, please let me know.

With the arrival of a new catalog, I'll be hosting a Stamp-a-Stack on Saturday, January 30th. More details on that to come, but be sure to mark your calendars if you are interested!

LAST CALL - Retiring Holiday Catalog List Coming Soon

Hi stampers,

Here's an quick update regarding the Holiday Catalog. As you may have noticed, the posted catalog dates are September 1, 2015 - January 4, 2016. On Monday, November 16th, I will be sharing the retiring products list with you. This list will include those items that Stampin' Up! will not be carrying forward once the Holiday Catalog expires on January 4th. I don't know what these items are, but it's always a bummer when the good ones end up on the list.

If there is something you really want to ensure you get, please contact me this week and I will include it in my weekly order. Once the retiring items list is released, any remaining inventory will be available while supplies last. There will be a small number of items that carry over through the current Annual Catalog year, but these have not been announced yet. I've added a link to the catalog if you are curious. Watch for the Retiring List to be emailed on Monday!

Your Presents Inspiration

Happy Tuesday!

I've got Weekly Deals and a project inspiration for you. It's a holiday-themed batch of Deals this week. In October, our Stamp Club group created a present-themed card using the Your Presents stamp set. I am sharing it with you for holiday inspiration, but this could be a birthday card as well with a simple color and sentiment switch. The stamp set (Your Presents)  is from the current Holiday Catalog.

Pear Pizzazz and Real Red card stock and ink combine for a modern classic. The thin, green striped ribbon is from the Holiday catalog and comes with a spool of red and white ribbon as well. I used the Stylish Stripes embossing folder to add just the right amount of texture to the red card stock strip. What do you think?

Vintage Leaves with Happy Patterns Decorative Masks

Fall is definitely here and I'd like to share a project we worked on in Stamp Club last month. It uses the Happy Patterns Decorative Masks that are featured in this week's Weekly Deals, so I thought it would be the perfect way to jump back into my blog.

We placed the mask over our card base, then sponged Soft Suede ink through the openings, but just around the edges (you don't see what is under the panel, so save yourself a little time). Then we layered the panel that was stamped with the beautiful Vintage Leaves images.
